We offer home maintenance contracts designed to give the seasonal and high-risk homeowner peace of mind.

We monitor your home and correct routine maintenance issues, potential problems, and we prepare for storm events in the homeowner’s absence.

Home Maintenance Plans will vary according to the customer but will generally include the following:

-A visual inspection of all accessible areas of the home defined by the Member’s plan type.

-A visual inspection for irregularities in water outlets and drains, water closets, baths, showers, appliances, water heating devices, circuit board, roofing members and other structural or protective members.

-A Certified General Contractor will be on-call to address the concerns of the homeowner or property manager. Telephone notification of damage to the premises or maintenance irregularities with recommended course of action followed by e-mailed digital photographs.

-Seasonal photographs of the home for the homeowner’s records.
